The purpose and significance of jujube grading equipment research are summarized. The types of current equipment are listed, the structure, characteristics and grading principle of each type of equipment are analyzed. The performance of the jujube grading equipment is compared. The existing problems and deficiencies are summarized. Future jujube grading equipment research process should be resolved in the technical difficulties and development direction.
