目的了解学生风疹免疫状况,为有效控制风疹流行提供科学依据。方法随机抽取13所学校未患过风疹的健康学生247人,其中小学65人,初中120人,高中62人。每人采集静脉血3ml,采用ELISA法检测风疹IgM、IgG。结果247份血清中,IgM(+)、IgG(±)者42人,占17%,其中小学和初中共38人,占90.5%;IgM(-)、IgG(+)者177人,占71.66%,其中小学和初中共129人,占72.9%;IgM(-)、IgG(-)者28人,占11.34%。结论近期内学生风疹病毒感染率较高,尤其是小学生和初中生;应加强对小学、初中的风疹防控工作,防止风疹疫情扩散蔓延。
Objective To understand the immune status of rubella students and provide a scientific basis for the effective control of the epidemic of rubella. Methods A total of 247 healthy students without rubella were selected from 13 schools, including 65 primary schools, 120 junior high schools and 62 senior high schools. Venous blood collected 3ml per person, ELISA rubella IgM, IgG. Results Among the 247 serum samples, 42 (17%) had IgM (+) and IgG (±), 38 of them were primary and junior high, accounting for 90.5%; 177 %, Of which 129 were primary and junior high school, accounting for 72.9%; IgM (-), IgG (-) 28, accounting for 11.34%. Conclusions In recent years, the prevalence of rubella virus in students is high, especially for primary and junior high school students. Rubella prevention and control should be strengthened in elementary and junior high schools to prevent the spread of rubella epidemic.
