去甲长春松花 (ＮＶＢ)和异环磷酰胺 (ＩＦＯ)是近几年上市的抗肿瘤新药 ,其单药及 /或联合用药在非小细胞肺癌(ＮＳＣＬＣ)中显示较好疗效 ,我们从 1995年 10月— 1997年 1月采用ＮＶＢ +ＩＦＯ化疗方案治疗晚期ＮＳＣＬＣ 38例 ,取得较好临床效果。现报告如下。材料和方法一?
