目的探讨脂肪细胞因子与中国儿童青少年肥胖关系,为预防和控制儿童青少年肥胖提供理论依据。方法通过检索Pubmed,SpringerLink,CNKI,中国生物医学文献、万方、维普等数据库,运用Meta分析方法对脂肪细胞因子与中国儿童青少年肥胖的关系进行综合分析。结果最终共有23篇文献进入系统评价,Meta分析结果显示,脂联素的加权均数差(WMD)值为-4.13(99%CI=-4.86~-3.40)(Z=14.58,P<0.01);高敏C反应蛋白的WMD值为2.07(99%CI=1.64~2.51)(Z=12.21,P<0.01);瘦素的WMD值为10.30(99%CI=7.37~13.23)(Z=9.04,P<0.01);抵抗素的WMD值为2.50(99%CI=-0.38~5.38)(Z=2.24,P=0.03)。结论脂肪细胞因子中除抵抗素外,脂联素、高敏C反应蛋白、瘦素均与中国儿童青少年肥胖相关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between adipocytokines and obesity in children and adolescents in China and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of obesity in children and adolescents. Methods The databases of Pubmed, SpringerLink, CNKI, Chinese biomedical literature, Wanfang, Vipu and so on were searched, and the relationship between adipocytokines and obesity in children and adolescents in China was analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results A total of 23 articles finally entered the systematic review. Meta-analysis showed that the weighted mean difference of adiponectin (WMD) was -4.13 (99% CI = -4.86 ~ -3.40) (Z = 14.58, P <0.01) ; WMD of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was 2.07 (99% CI = 1.64-2.51) (Z = 12.21, P <0.01); leptin’s WMD was 10.30 (99% CI = 7.37-13.23) P <0.01). The WMD value of resistin was 2.50 (99% CI = -0.38-5.38) (Z = 2.24, P = 0.03). Conclusion Adiponectin, hs-CRP and leptin are all associated with obesity in children and adolescents in China, except resistin.
