硫磷分配比广泛用于钢铁冶金脱硫脱磷反应热力学分析。依据分配定律对硫磷分配比相关的若干理论问题进行了分析。分析表明,现有教材中关于渣量对硫磷分配比没有影响的证明是不准确的。在恒温恒压条件下,渣量对硫磷元素在渣金两相中的活度比没有影响,而对其分配比存在影响;恒温恒压条件下,只有w((S))/a(S)与w((P))/a(P)才能衡量炉渣的脱硫与脱磷能力。当钢液中硫及磷活度系数恒定时,w((S))/w([S])与w((P))/w([P])才可以衡量炉渣的脱硫与脱磷能力。
Phosphorus distribution is widely used in metallurgical desulfurization and dephosphorization reaction thermodynamic analysis. Based on the law of distribution, some theoretical problems related to the distribution ratio of parathion were analyzed. Analysis shows that the existing textbook on paraffin distribution of parathion has no effect on the proof is not accurate.
