目的建立报告单邮寄信息采集电子文档管理系统,增强科室管理工作效率,更好的为患者服务。方法通过Query把LIS数据库根据所需条件转化到Excel中,并用函数功能和SQL语句将制式表格相应单元格内容与数据源进行链接刷新,实现每天自动刷新。结果使用该系统后,不必重新在Excel中录入需要的信息文本,只需在打开Excel后进行数据刷新,实现了邮寄信息的统计及未邮寄人员及时提醒。结论建立报告单邮寄信息采集管理系统方便了信息的快速调阅查询,更好地服务于无法拿到报告单的患者。同时为规范实验室电子文档管理提供良好的借鉴。
Purpose To establish a report card mailing information collection electronic document management system to enhance departmental management efficiency and better service for patients. The method converts the LIS database into Excel according to the required conditions through Query, and uses function functions and SQL statements to refresh the corresponding cell contents and data source of the standard form and refresh them automatically every day. Results After using the system, you do not need to re-enter the required information text in Excel. You just need to refresh the data after opening the Excel, so as to realize the statistics of the postal information and timely remind of the postmaster. Conclusion The establishment of a single mailing list information collection and management system to facilitate the rapid access to information query, to better serve those who can not get the report card.
