本文应用SAP—5程序对武钢第一炼钢厂连铸使用的275t双水口盛钢桶桶壳进行有限单元法计算分析,找出了整体桶壳应力和变形分布规律以及各部位的应力水平,为现场对盛钢桶的使用安全评估提供了理论计算依据。
In this paper, the finite element method was used to calculate and analyze the 275t double-inlet cask barrel casings used in the continuous casting of No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company with SAP-5 program. The stress and deformation distribution and the stress levels of the whole cask shell were found, It provides the theoretical basis for the safety assessment of the ladle barrel on site.
