本文研究了川牛膝多糖对实验小鼠RES吞噬功能、PFC反应能力、淋巴细胞转化及NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果表明,川牛膝多糖能增强小鼠REC吞噬功能及PFC反应能力,能提高NK细胞杀伤活性,但对小鼠淋巴细胞转化率无显著影响。
This paper studied the effect of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide on RES phagocytosis, PFC response, lymphocyte transformation and NK cell killing activity in experimental mice. The results showed that Achyranthes bidentis polysaccharide could enhance REC phagocytosis and PFC response in mice and increase the killing activity of NK cells, but had no significant effect on lymphocyte transformation rate in mice.
