目的探讨地中海贫血群体防控信息系统在地贫儿筛查及诊断中的应用价值。方法通过将基层医院血常规、筛查中心毛细管电泳、分子诊断中心有机结合,构建起一个从筛查到诊断高效对接的平台。结果邵阳市区及各个县级市均已铺设地贫防控平台,与未使用时相比,月筛查量提高170%,整个筛查到诊断流程在10个工作日内即可完成,极大提高了筛查效率。结论地贫防控系统有效提升地贫筛查量及效率,体现了该平台在地贫筛查及诊断中的价值。
Objective To explore the value of thalassemia population prevention and control information system in the screening and diagnosis of thalassemia children. Methods Through the grass-roots hospital blood tests, screening center capillary electrophoresis, molecular diagnosis center organic combination to build a platform from screening to diagnosis and efficient docking. Results Shaoyang city and all counties have laid the thalassemia prevention and control platform, compared with unused, the monthly screening increased by 170%, the entire screening to the diagnosis process can be completed within 10 working days, very Large increase in screening efficiency. Conclusions Thailace prevention and control system can effectively improve the screening rate and efficiency of thalassemia, and reflect the value of this platform in the screening and diagnosis of thalassemia.
