目的 :对 7例阴囊Paget病的临床表现、治疗方法及其预后进行分析。方法 :7例均行病灶广泛切除 ,3例证实有腹股沟淋巴结转移的患者行淋巴结清除术。结果 :3例有腹股沟淋巴结转移的患者于 2年内死亡 ,无淋巴结转移者均存活。结论 :阴囊Paget病的治疗首选手术切除。一旦有淋巴结转移 ,其 5年生存率较低
Objective: To analyze the clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis of Paget’s disease in 7 cases of scrotum. Methods: All patients underwent radical resection in 7 cases, and lymph node dissection was performed in 3 patients confirmed with inguinal lymph node metastasis. Results: Three patients with inguinal lymph node metastasis died within 2 years and all patients without lymph node metastasis survived. Conclusion: The treatment of scrotal Paget’s disease is the first choice of surgical resection. Once there is lymph node metastasis, its 5-year survival rate is lower
