目的了解天津市东丽区中小学学生的形态发育及营养状况,为制定健康教育政策和制度提供依据。方法根据我国学生体质健康调研细则,于2013年对东丽区7~18岁中小学学生进行体质监测,共调查了37 615人。结果东丽区中小学学生各年龄段的身高、体重均高于2010年我国体质调研结果,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。男生营养不良率为4.2%,女生为2.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=74.80,P<0.01);中学生高于小学生。男生肥胖率为28.5%,女生为21.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=222.24,P<0.01)。结论东丽区中小学学生的形态发育良好,肥胖是影响健康的主要问题,应加强对学生及家长的健康教育宣传。
Objective To understand the morphological and nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Dongli District of Tianjin and provide the basis for formulating health education policies and systems. Methods According to the detailed rules of Physical Health Research for Students in China, we conducted physical monitoring of primary and secondary school students aged 7-18 in Dongli District in 2013, and investigated a total of 37 615 people. Results The height and weight of primary and secondary school students in Dongli District were all higher than those of the 2010 physical constitution survey in China. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Male malnutrition rate of 4.2%, 2.6% of girls, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 74.80, P <0.01); high school students than pupils. The male obesity rate was 28.5% and the female was 21.8%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 222.24, P <0.01). Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Dongli District have well-developed morphology and obesity is a major problem affecting their health. Health education and publicity for students and their parents should be strengthened.
