时代的不断进步以及经济社会的不断发展,加快了现代城市化进程的步伐。在土地资源日益紧张的今天,高层建筑作为现代建筑的主要建筑形式受到了各类投资者的青睐。而剪力墙结构又是高层建筑以及其他房屋建筑的主要结构体系,它在建筑物中的应用极为广泛。因此,对剪力墙进行合理布置,使其在保证建筑安全的条件下最大限度的发挥其材料的性能,是当前工程设计师们应该重视的一个问题。本文主要就房屋剪力墙结构设计中的一些问题进行探讨与分析。
The constant progress of the times and the continuous development of economy and society have accelerated the pace of modern urbanization. Tensions in the land resources today, high-rise buildings as the main building form of modern architecture by all types of investors of all ages. The shear wall structure is the main structure of high-rise buildings and other housing structures, which are widely used in buildings. Therefore, it is a problem that current engineering designers should pay attention to to reasonably arrange the shear walls so as to maximize the performance of the materials under the condition of ensuring the safety of buildings. In this paper, some problems in the design of shear wall structure are discussed and analyzed.
