本文根据对Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni、Ti-0.2Pd和纯钛(TA2)在各种介质中的腐蚀试验结果,进行了详细的分析对比,结果表明,Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni合金在硫酸、盐酸以及高温氯化物中具有与Ti-0.2Pd相似的耐均匀腐蚀性能和抗缝隙腐蚀性能。在室温30%硫酸和20%盐酸中的动电位阳极极化曲线与Ti-0.2Pd相似,没有出现活化峰,金属表面钝化性能稳定。该合金比Ti-0.2Pd开路电位正,维钝电流小,合金表面更容易钝化。
In this paper, based on the Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni, Ti-0.2Pd and pure titanium (TA2) in various media corrosion test results were analyzed and compared in detail, the results show that the Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni alloy in Sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and high temperature chlorides have similar uniform corrosion resistance and crevice corrosion resistance to Ti-0.2Pd. The anodic polarization curve of Zeta potential at 30% sulfuric acid and 20% hydrochloric acid at room temperature is similar to that of Ti-0.2Pd. There is no activation peak and the passivation of metal surface is stable. The alloy than the Ti-0.2Pd positive open-circuit potential, the dimension of the small current blunt, the alloy surface more easily passivated.
