本文介绍了日本五十铃汽车公司所完成的一项新的科研结果——降低重型柴油卡车排气系的噪声。可以认为,从排气系产生的噪声是由两种振动而引起的:一是由排气歧管传来的振动,另是由内部气体压力的波动所激发的振动。联系试验结果分析了每种噪声的作用。文中还介绍了最佳的隔振方法和现正应用全息激光干涉法的减振方法。
This article presents a new scientific study done by Isuzu Motor Corporation of Japan - reducing noise in the exhaust system of heavy duty diesel trucks. It is assumed that the noise generated from the exhaust system is caused by two kinds of vibrations: one from the exhaust manifold and the other from the vibration caused by the fluctuation of the internal gas pressure. The results of each experiment were analyzed for the effect of each type of noise. The paper also introduces the best vibration isolation method and the vibration reduction method now using holographic laser interferometry.
