The implementation of the REACH regulation affects all chemicals exported to the EU and commodities related to chemicals in varying degrees. It mainly manifests in five aspects: firstly, it is a barrier to exports and, more seriously, from The chain reaction caused by this will lead to the deterioration of the international trade environment. Second, the cost of products imported from the EU will increase, which will have a serious impact on the development of downstream industries. Third, it will break the current international chemical trade balance and lead to the international Fourth, to weaken the competitiveness of China’s export products; Fifth, it is possible to promote the impact on human health and environmental pollution products to our country. In this regard, China should step up publicity on REACH, speed up legislative work, take an active part in international exchanges and strive for a relaxed trading environment. In addition, GLP laboratory accreditation is also required, and enterprises themselves must also change their concepts and actively respond to them, and more efforts should be made improve product quality.
