本文应用有限变形理论和云纹法(Moire Method)的实验应变分析,研究了泥浆泵橡胶活塞平面模型的二维位移场和应变场,测定和计算在不同压力作用下橡胶活塞的位移和应变,并描绘出场的变化趋势。根据实验结果讨论了几种常见的活塞静态时的几何和物理特性,说明了MC尼龙环的护根机理和活塞的易损部位,从而把有限变形理论应用到橡胶变形的研究中,并把云纹法应用到密封问题中进行尝试。
In this paper, two-dimensional displacement field and strain field of rubber piston plane model of mud pump are studied by finite deformation theory and experimental strain analysis of Moire Method. The displacement and strain of rubber piston under different pressure are measured and calculated. And depict the changing trend of appearance. According to the experimental results, several common geometrical and physical properties of the piston during static state are discussed. The mechanism of root protection of the MC nylon ring and the vulnerable parts of the piston are described. The theory of finite deformation is applied to the study of rubber deformation. Apply the pattern to the seal problem.
