1994年4月至1999年4月,我们用模拟机定位经皮细针肺穿刺诊断肺癌40例,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 40例中男性28例,女性12例。年龄42~71岁。所有病人均经X线摄片显示肺占位病变。最小直径3cm,最大直径10cm,平均5.7cm。6例为中央型,34例为周围型。 1.2 方法 根据模拟机定位方法及原理,按杨瑞森等操作方式进针抽吸,每例涂片3~5张送检。穿刺后半小时和24h分别胸透,检查有无肺内并发症。 1.3 结果 本组病人40例,共穿刺44
From April 1994 to April 1999, we used a simulator to locate 40 cases of lung cancer by fine needle aspiration and report it as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 40 cases of 28 males and 12 females. Age 42 to 71 years old. All patients underwent X-ray radiographs of lung occupying lesions. The minimum diameter is 3cm, the maximum diameter is 10cm, and the average is 5.7cm. 6 cases were central and 34 cases were peripheral. 1.2 Methods According to the positioning method and principle of the simulator, according to Yang Ruisen and other operating methods to advance the needle suction, each case 3 to 5 smear examination.
