针对高职院校人才培养质量与企业需求吻合度不高,缺乏与企业文化要求相吻合的精神特质、行为习惯等职业素质的问题,以南京信息职业技术学院通信技术专业的改革实践为例,从内容选择、实施策略、队伍及机制保障等层面,阐述了由企业人力资源深度介入的学生职业素质培养新体系。实践证明,该体系有效帮助学生完成自我认知,有效提升学生综合素质,对提升人才培养质量与企业需求的吻合度提出了新思路。
In view of the fact that the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is not in good agreement with the needs of enterprises and there is a lack of professional qualities such as spiritual traits and behavioral habits that are in line with the requirements of corporate culture. Taking the reform practice of communication technology in Nanjing Institute of Information Technology as an example, From the aspects of content selection, implementation strategy, team and mechanism guarantee, the article elaborates a new system of cultivating students’ professional qualities which is deeply involved in the human resources of enterprises. Practice has proved that the system effectively help students to complete self-awareness, and effectively enhance the overall quality of students, to improve the quality of personnel training and business needs of the coincidence proposed a new idea.
