目的探讨玻璃体内注射组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t—PA)治疗实验性玻璃体积血的再次用药时间。方法制作兔眼玻璃体积血模型,在首次用药后1、3、5、7天,分别测定玻璃体出血指数及纤溶指标:玻璃体液纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)含量、鱼精蛋白副凝固试验(3P),判定用药后不同的时间内t—PA 的纤溶作用程度。结果用药后第7天,出血指数明显下降,FDP 浓度明显降低,3P 试验几乎阴性。结论用药后第7天,如玻璃体积血仍未吸收,需要再次用药。
Objective To investigate the re-dosing time of intravitreal injection of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) in the treatment of experimental vitreous hemorrhage. Methods Rabbit eye vitreous hemorrhage model was made. Vitreous hemorrhage index and fibrinolytic index were measured at 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after the first administration, respectively: the content of fibrinolytic product (FDP), protamine secondary coagulation test 3P) to determine the degree of fibrinolysis of t-PA at different times after treatment. Results On the 7th day after treatment, the bleeding index was significantly decreased, the FDP concentration was significantly reduced, and the 3P test was almost negative. Conclusion On the 7th day after treatment, if the vitreous hemorrhage has not been absorbed yet, it needs to be re-used.
