长江江苏段岸线长960余km,港口码头岸线占岸线的利用率10%。扬州市的江岸线,西起小河口,东迄张黄港,全长176km,仅有仪征港和高港港两个港口,岸线利用率仅5%。此外,扬州港正在建设中,万吨级过驳浮码头已于1989年竣工投产。要加快发展苏北,必须重视交通能源建设。发展苏北沿江港口码头可改善交通条件,发挥长江航运优势,促进苏北经济腾飞.本文通过分析河床演变特性和发展趋势,对长江扬州岸线的开发利用进行了初步研究,并提出了长江岸线开发利用与防洪护岸的建议。一、河床演变特性和发展趋势
The length of the coastline of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province is 960 km long, and the port quay shoreline accounts for 10% of the utilization of the coastline.
