随着能源短缺问题的日益严重,核电成为未来能源生产的重要方向。然而,当前核电技术的不成熟使得核电安全问题成为核电发展的重大阻碍。2011年3月11日日本福岛第一核电站地震核泄漏问题进一步突显了核电能源安全的巨大漏洞。如何在“后福岛时代”发展核电,成为中国未来能源发展面临的重要课题。本文首先对“后福岛时代”中国核电发展现状进行分析,指出中国核电未来发展趋势,并提出了推动我国核电发展的有效策略。
With the increasing shortage of energy, nuclear power has become an important direction for energy production in the future. However, the current immature nuclear power technology makes nuclear power safety issues a major obstacle to the development of nuclear power. March 11, 2011 Earthquake nuclear leakage at Fukushima Daiichi NPP further highlights the huge loophole in nuclear power energy security. How to develop nuclear power in the post-Fukushima era has become an important issue for China’s energy development in the future. This paper first analyzes the current situation of China’s nuclear power development in the post-Fukushima era, points out the future development trend of China’s nuclear power and puts forward an effective strategy to promote the development of nuclear power in China.
