中国“九五”计划开局的第一年,经济运行情况如何?1997年中国经济发展趋势如何?这是读者十分关注的问题。岁末年头,本刊特请中央、国务院各部委的专家和著名经济学家对1996年的经济运行形势及1997年经济发展趋势作了深入的评介。他们对1996年的经济形势作了充分肯定,对1997年中央政府应实行的宏观经济目标及相关政策也提出了积极的建议。为了使读者全面了解去年中国国民经济运行的状况,更好地理解中央经济工作会议所确定的方针,本刊编发了这组专题。
In the first year of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” plan for China, what is the economic operation? How is the trend of economic development in China in 1997? This is a matter of great concern to readers. In the year-end and the end of this year, the journal specially invited experts and economists from the ministries and commissions under the State Council and well-known economists to make an in-depth review of the economic operation in 1996 and the trend of economic development in 1997. They fully affirmed the economic situation in 1996 and made positive suggestions on the macroeconomic goals and relevant policies that the central government should implement in 1997. In order to enable readers to fully understand the situation of China’s national economy last year and to better understand the guidelines set by the Central Economic Work Conference, this special issue has been compiled by this magazine.
