对46例急性下壁心肌梗塞(AIMI)的心电图进行分析,结果显示Ⅲ导联ST段抬高>0.1mv;且STⅢ/Ⅱ>1者占25例,其中19例(76％)合并右室梗塞(RVI);而STⅢ/Ⅱ≤1者21例中仅2例(9.5％)合并RVI,二者之间有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。其敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为90％、76％和82％。
The electrocardiogram of 46 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction (AIMI) was analyzed. The results showed that ST-segment elevation was> 0.1mv in type Ⅲ and 25% of STⅢ / Ⅱ> 1 patients. Nineteen patients (76% Infarction (RVI). Only 2 of 21 (9.5%) patients with ST Ⅲ / Ⅱ ≤ 1 had RVI, with significant difference (P <0.001). Its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 90%, 76% and 82% respectively.
