本文主要介绍应用微处理计算技术控制小间距全位置TIG焊的十种规范参数。被焊管子沿圆周分成八段进行规范自控。程控选用简单硬件,组成九步流程来完成TIG焊的固有程序,外围接口电路采用CMOS电路。同时还阐述了焊接机头的设计,采用无“辫子”、对半开卸式结构。机头的尺寸紧凑,可以满足相邻两管子之间净空距不小于40毫米的管排多层焊接。使用电脑引弧,改变了传统的高频引弧方式,提高了设备的稳定性和可靠性。
This article mainly introduces the application of micro-computing technology to control small pitch all-position TIG welding ten kinds of specification parameters. Be welded pipe along the circumference is divided into eight sections for automatic control. Program-controlled use of simple hardware to form a nine-step process to complete the inherent TIG welding procedures, peripheral interface circuit using CMOS circuits. At the same time also elaborated the design of the welding head, using no “braids”, on the semi-open structure. The compact size of the head allows multi-layer welding of tube rows with a clear clearance of no less than 40 mm between adjacent tubes. The use of computer arc, changing the traditional way of high-frequency arc, improve the stability and reliability of the device.
