电渣焊接工艺普遍用于一般钢结构和机器制造的焊接,但因未能很好地解决焊缝在焊态及低温退火处理下的低温冲击韧性问题,故电渣焊接工艺也就未能用于低温环境下工作的压力球罐焊接。我公司与冶建总院合作,对16MnR 钢制储氮球罐,进行了“管焊条熔嘴自动电渣焊工艺”焊接的科研与施工相结合的试验研究,采取了精料焊接调控提纯焊缝化学成分,采用合适的焊接规范参数,控制焊缝成形系数、结晶方向和冷却速度等措施,解决了焊缝在焊态(或650℃退火)低温-40℃冲击值平均大于3.5公斤·米/厘米~2的技术问题。两台球罐长约400米
