2007年,喇嘛甸油田首先在北东块一区开展了三元复合驱采油技术推广,新建喇291三元转油脱水污水站,随着实验区块的深入开采,目前该站地面系统已进入结垢高峰期。地面管网、机泵、仪表结垢堵塞等问题日益严重,同时存在污水系统水质超标和滤料板结加快等现象,直接影响地面系统的有效运行及正常生产,目前通过对地面管网及容器设备的一系列清淤、除垢处理工作,取得了初步的成效和认识。本文分析了三元地面系统结垢的原因,并将现有除防垢处理方法进行分析比较,总结了除防垢的一些具体措施方法并提出建议,为今后三元地面系统确定防垢、除垢方案及清淤周期提供借鉴和参考。
