氨分解气氛是以液氨为原料,在高温下经催化剂作用分解产生的氢氮混合气氛。由于该气氛制取方便、成份稳定、具有较强的还原能力及生产成本较低,已越来越广泛地在铁、铜基粉末及粉末制品的还原、退火及烧结中用作保护气氛。然而,由于该气氛本身不含碳,在用于含碳粉末制品的烧结中会造成脱碳,从而限制了它在这方面的应用。为了克服氨分解气氛不含碳的缺点,促进其在粉末冶金行业的推广应用,机械工业部第五设计研究院与南京粉末冶金专用设备厂合作研制了RAQ-10型带富化气的氨分解装置。该
Ammonia decomposition atmosphere is liquid ammonia as raw material, under high temperature by the catalyst decomposition of hydrogen and nitrogen generated by the mixed atmosphere. Due to its convenient preparation, stable composition, strong reducing ability and low production cost, the atmosphere has been used as a protective atmosphere more and more in the reduction, annealing and sintering of iron, copper-based powder and powder products.
