油井出水是油田开发过程中普遍存在的问题,它给油井生产、油气集输和油田开发等工作带来严重的影响。由于地层非均质性、流体流度差异以及其他原因,在地层中形成水流优势通道,导致水锥、水窜、水指进,使一些油井过早见水或水淹。从而也就增加了采油成本。堵水调剖技术一直是油田改善注水开发效果、实现油藏稳产的有效手段。曙一区稠油古潜山油藏为边底水块状油藏,采取蒸汽吞吐开采方式,受底水锥进影响严重。机械找堵水技术因油水同层原因不适用于封堵底水,只能采用高温化学堵水措施。
