本文建立了平板集热器最佳化的数学模型,采用成本/效率法,找到了一组相关的成本/效率无量纲参数。并采用单变量与循环迭代寻优的方法,来解决多变量优化问题。利用平板集热器最佳化的计算机程序,对北京地区用作自然循环热水器系统的平板集热器进行了优化设计计算。优化设计的平板集热器比目前国产同类产品的成本可低30%。
In this paper, a mathematic model of flat-panel heat collector optimization is established. By using the cost / efficiency method, a set of related cost / efficiency dimensionless parameters is found. In order to solve the multivariable optimization problem, we use the method of univariate and iterative optimization. Using the optimized computer program of the flat-panel thermal collector, the optimal design and calculation of the flat-plate collector used as the natural circulation water heater system in Beijing area are carried out. Optimized design of flat-panel collector than the current cost of similar products can be 30% lower.
