作为一种群决策,人员面试决策具有其特殊性,即容易存在舞弊现象.为了剔除无效决策,提高人员面试决策的质量,构建了剔除无效决策的灰色群决策模型.首先使用区间灰数效用变换算子对决策数据进行标准化处理,提出了考虑决策者对指标有偏好理解时无效决策的甄别模型;然后对有效决策进行无偏化处理并进行信息集结,再由区间灰数的灰色关联度计算方法对被面试人进行评价;最后通过一个实例表明了该模型的可行性和有效性.
As a kind of group decision-making, personnel interviewing decision-making has its particularity, which is easy to exist fraud.In order to eliminate invalid decision-making and improve the quality of interview decision-making, a gray decision-making model with invalid decision-making is constructed.First, The sub-pair decision-making data is normalized, and a discriminant model is proposed to consider the policy-makers’ decision making when they have a preference to understand.
