试验搜集了东北中南部龙井、公主岭、安东、凤城、熊岳五地区的稻瘟病株材料,进行分离培养和12个水稻品种鉴定试验,根据其致病性及培养性状,分成三个生理菌系:菌系1(由熊岳分离)无论在苗期或分蘖盛期,对12个鉴定品种均表现不同程度的致病性;菌系2(由安东和凤城分离)对南部晚熟品种的致病性较强;菌系3(由公主岭与龙井分离)在孢子形态上虽稍有差别,但致病性基本一致,对中北部品种的致病性较强。
The blast fungus strains of Longjing, Gongzhuling, Andong, Fengcheng and Xiong Yue in central and southern Northeast China were collected and tested for isolation and culture and 12 rice varieties. According to their pathogenicity and culture traits, they were divided into three physiological Strain: Strain 1 (isolated from Xiong Yue) showed pathogenicity to all 12 tested cultivars at seedling stage or tillering stage. Strain 2 (isolated from Andong and Fengcheng) The pathogenicity of the cultivars was strong. Although there was a slight difference in spore morphology between strain 3 (isolated from Gongzhuling and Longjing), the pathogenicity of strain 3 was basically the same.
