作为日本最大的电焊机和机器人的生产厂商OTC,自1998年在中国建立中日合资企业——牡丹江欧地希焊接机有限公司(简称牡丹江OTC),到今年在上海成立欧地希机电(上海)有限公司,可谓是把握着市场的脉搏不断地发展。为此,本刊记者特意在青岛举办的第十六届焊接博览会期间对欧地希机电(上海)有限公司总经理长坂守敏先生进行了专访。长坂守敏先生给我的第一感觉是不苟言笑,但在我们的交流中,长坂守敏先生身上所特有的那种岛国人的忧患和竞争意识,却让我倍感危机的逼近;对受众群体社会和文化背景准确到位的把握,让我理解了“深入骨髓”的日本精神;而经营中活跃的思路和策略,让我暗自惊叹;对行业和人才的渴求与爱护,又让我在内心涌现一丝钦佩和感动。
