目的探讨妇产科临床带教老师资格的选定,为妇产科实习生亚科室的分配提供依据。方法 2014年7月至2015年7月接收妇产科护理实习生55人,其中,大专护理实习生16人,中专护理实习生39人,由亚科护士长选择带教老师,对其进入科室实习当日和实习结束前分别进行理论考试,分析其成绩。结果实习生入科考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产房与产科、妇科出科考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历实习生出科考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科实习生分配应有针对性的分配亚科,对不同学历的实习生采取不同的带教方案,以提高带教效果。
Objective To explore the qualification of clinical teaching teacher in obstetrics and gynecology and to provide the basis for the sub-division of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods From July 2014 to July 2015, 55 maternity nursing interns were received, among which, there were 16 college nursing intern and 39 middle school nursing intern. Department internship practice and the end of internship before the theoretical examination, analysis of their achievements. Results internship examination scores, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); test results of the test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); delivery room and obstetrics and Gynecology examination results compared to the differences were Statistical significance (P <0.05); different academic internship test scores, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology intern allocation should be targeted distribution subfamilies, interns with different qualifications to take different teaching programs to improve teaching effectiveness.
