Newborn very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) particles relied on to assemble and, in turn, direct secretion through the vesicles, and the molecular orbital shuttle of this organelle to the extracellular molecules is not yet known. Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) is present in at least two types. Some experimental results suggest that VLDL assembly requires one or two molecular weight ApoBs. However, little is known about the structure, sequence, and chemical composition of the ApoBs due to their technical problems such as their own association with each other and their inability to maintain their solubility in aqueous solutions, and is limited to inadequate chemical data, The unique molecular characteristics that ApoB directs VLDL assembly and secretion remain unclear.
