为快速、准确地获得碳钢淬火马氏体的硬度与含碳量之间的关系,利用单元正交多项式回归设计方法对其进行了优化试验研究,并利用“SPSS”软件对试验结果进行了统计分析与检验,建立了碳钢淬火马氏体的硬度与含碳量的数学模型。该模型可以用于碳钢淬火马氏体硬度与含碳量的定量分析与计算,从而可以用于指导实际生产。
In order to obtain the relationship between hardness and carbon content of quenched martensite of carbon steel quickly and accurately, the orthogonal experiment was conducted by using orthogonal polynomial regression design method and the experimental results were analyzed by using “SPSS” software The statistical analysis and test were carried out, and the mathematical model of the hardness and carbon content of the quenched martensite was established. The model can be used for quantitative analysis and calculation of hardness and carbon content of quenched martensitic steel, which can be used to guide the actual production.
