岳华是以苹果品种寒富作母本、岳帅作父本杂交育成的苹果晚熟新品种。果实长圆形,平均单果重215.0 g,最大单果重325.0 g;果实鲜红色,色相为条红;果肉黄白色,肉质松脆,中粗,汁液多,风味酸甜,微香,无异味,品质上等;采收时果实去皮硬度11.90 kg/cm2,可溶性固形物含量15.50%,总糖含量12.74%,可滴定酸含量0.37%。冷藏可贮藏到来年4月。在辽宁省营口市,果实10月中旬成熟,适宜在辽宁省大石桥市和凌海市以南及气候条件相似地区栽植。2012年通过辽宁省非主要农作物品种备案。
