目的对新生儿出生缺陷原因进行分析。方法由我院门诊及住院处值班医生在发现出生缺陷儿的第一时间上报我科,我科专职人员进行登记建卡,调查病因。结果共统计出19例出生缺陷儿。结论遗传因素、环境因素及孕母后天疾病皆可使胚胎发育过程发生紊乱,导致胎儿出生缺陷。 Objective To analyze the causes of birth defects in newborns. Methods Our clinic and inpatient doctor on duty reported to our department the first time we found a child with birth defects. Our department full-time staff registered and built the card and investigated the etiology. A total of 19 cases of birth defects were calculated. Conclusion Genetic factors, environmental factors and acquired disease can lead to disorder of embryonic development and lead to fetal birth defects.
