本文旨在结合运城市水泵厂生产的BA型水泵铸铁过流部位采用氧-乙炔焰合金粉末喷焊制造表面涂层,使其使用性能达到或接近用不锈钢制造的过流部件技术要求,降低产品成本。由于泵体、泵盖、叶轮等过流部件铸造结构复杂,浇注处内壁过流部位不能采用一般机加工方法,满足喷焊前表面成型制备,因此本文就喷焊前工件预处理,喷焊层产生气孔原因及其防止措施,以及喷焊工艺等方面,进行探讨。试验结果表明,喷焊层质量符合产品设计使用要求。
The purpose of this paper is to manufacture the surface coating with oxygen-acetylene flame alloy powder spray welding in BA type pump cast iron overcurrent location produced by Yuncheng Pump Factory to make its serviceability meet or close to the technical requirements of overcurrent components made of stainless steel and reduce the product cost. Due to the complicated casting structure of overcurrent components such as pump body, pump cover and impeller, the over-flow part of the inner wall of the pouring place can not be machined by general machining to meet the requirements of the surface preparation before spray welding. Therefore, Produce stomatal causes and prevention measures, as well as spray welding process, to explore. The test results show that the quality of spray coating meets the requirements of product design and use.
