用PCR技术检测了21例多发性骨髓瘤(MM)病人外周血或骨髓涂片免疫球蛋白重链基因重排,发现17例阳性,4例阴性,其中2例为轻链型。外周血免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)基因重排的检出率与骨髓涂片的结果基本一致,表明IgH基因重排为诊断MM的最敏感方法之一,可弥补形态学、血清学诊断之不足。
The rearrangement of immunoglobulin heavy chain genes in peripheral blood or bone marrow smears in 21 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) was detected by PCR and was found to be positive in 17 cases and negative in 4 cases, of which 2 cases were light chain type.
