手足口病是由多种人肠道病毒引起的一种儿童常见传染病,多发生于5岁以下婴幼儿[1],重症病例病死率较高,危害严重。自2008年5月2日列入丙类传染病进行管理以来,手足口病每年报告发病数都位居怀宁县法定传染病报告总数的前5位,成为本县重点防控的传染病之一。为进一步掌握怀宁县手足口病流行趋势和发病规律,现将2008~2013年手足口病的发病情况进行整理和分析。1材料与方法
