81例正常大鼠在乌拉坦麻醉下经颈动脉进行左室插管,测得 dp/dl_(max)为6772±122 mmHg/s(SE,下同),-dp/dt_(max)为5257±128mmHg/s,V_(max)为6.27±0.09肌长度/秒。雌雄间无显著性差别。V_(max)/dt_(max)高度相关(r=0.83,p<0.0005),而与心率、平均动脉压、左室舒张末压等均无显著相关。其中6例静脉注射心得安0.5mg/kg 后主要收缩性能指标均降低。另30例大鼠用箭毒2mg/kg 腹腔注射后,除动脉舒张压无明显变化外,各项指标也都显著降低。本文提示 V_(max)与 dp/dt_(max)为反映大鼠心肌收缩性能较好的指标。所得大鼠左室收缩性能指标的正常值可供实验时参考。
Eighty-one normal rats underwent left ventricular cannulation via the carotid artery under urethane anesthesia. The dp / dl max was 6772 ± 122 mmHg / s (SE, the same below) and the dp / dt max was 5257 ± 128 mmHg / s, V max was 6.27 ± 0.09 muscle length / second. No significant difference between male and female. (R = 0.83, p <0.0005), but not with heart rate, mean arterial pressure and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure. 6 cases of intravenous propranolol 0.5mg / kg after the main contraction performance indicators are reduced. The other 30 rats with arrow poison 2mg / kg intraperitoneal injection, in addition to no significant change in arterial diastolic pressure, the various indicators are also significantly reduced. This article suggests V_ (max) and dp / dt_ (max) to reflect the better performance of rat myocardial contractility index. The normal rat left ventricular systolic performance indicators for experimental reference.
