司法公正是社会主义司法制度的立命之本,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保证。对司法工作进行监督,是人大监督工作的重要组成部分,是各级人大及其常委会依法行使监督职权、强化监督职能的重要内容。当前人大监督工作中仍存在一些问题,不利于司法公正,必须在思想上,组织上,工作思路上采取新的措施,以促进司法公正。 Judicial justice is the foundation of the socialist judicial system and an important guarantee for building a harmonious socialist society.
