目的 观察家兔正常视觉诱发电位 ( visual evoked potential,VEP)基本波型 ,测定其主波成分有关参数的正常值。方法 采用棋盘格模式翻转 ( pattern reversal,PR)刺激 ,在大脑皮层相应视觉区记录家兔全野模式翻转视觉诱发电位 ( PRVEP)。结果 家兔正常 PRVEP由 NPN三相波组成 ,其中 ,P波的潜伏期、波幅、时程分别为 119.60± 5.2 0 ms,9.60± 3 .3 0 μV,64 .0 0± 8.90 ms。左右眼 P波潜伏期 ,波幅及时程无侧间差异 ( P>0 .0 5) ,且各参数与性别无关 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 NPN复合波中 P波最明显 ,也最稳定 ,是检测 PRVEP的可靠指标
Objective To observe the normal waveform of visual evoked potential (VEP) in rabbits and measure the normal value of the related parameters of the main wave components. Methods Rabbit wild-type inversion visual evoked potential (PRVEP) was recorded in the corresponding visual area of cerebral cortex by using pattern reversal (PR) stimulation. Results The normal PRVEP in rabbits consisted of NPN three-phase waves. The latency, amplitude and duration of P wave were 119.60 ± 5.2 0 ms, 9.60 ± 3.30 μV and 64.0 ± 8.90 ms respectively. There was no significant difference between the left and right eyes in terms of P wave latency, amplitude and duration (P> 0.05), and the parameters were not related to sex (P> 0.05). Conclusions The most obvious and most stable P wave in NPN complexes is a reliable indicator of PRVEP
