本文报告了用~(131)I—H 一次静脉注射法测定33条麻醉狗的有效肾血流量(以下简称ERBF)。指出麻醉狗动脉血压在80～156毫米汞柱范围内时,ERBF 与血压之间无直绂相关关系存在。并报告了对7条麻醉狗静脉注射川红液15分钟后,血压急剧下降达休克水平,ERBF 显著减少。注射川红液前后血压与 ERBF 之间存在正直线相关关系。
This article reports the effective renal blood flow (hereinafter referred to as ERBF) of 33 anesthetized dogs measured by a single intravenous injection of ~ (131) I-H. Pointed out that anesthesia dog arterial blood pressure in the range of 80 ~ 156 mmHg, ERBF and blood pressure between the no correlation exists. And reported on the seven anesthetized dogs intravenous Chuan red liquid 15 minutes after the sharp drop in blood pressure up to shock levels, ERBF significantly reduced. There was a positive correlation between blood pressure and ERBF before and after injection of Chuanhong liquid.
