有效实施园本课程既是深化内涵建设、增强竞争力、建设现代幼儿园的关键,也是推进学前教育现代化的关键。但有效实施课程不能只有理念,还需园长提升课程领导力,充分地体现课程领导的功能,发挥园长引领课程建设的影响力。园长的课程领导应以发现、创造与分享教师的成功经验、教师自觉合作的文化等为引导,以培育组织文化与品牌为基础,增强幼儿园对教师的凝聚力。
Effective implementation of this course is not only the key to deepening the connotation construction, enhancing competitiveness and building modern kindergarten, but also the key to the promotion of preschool education modernization. However, the effective implementation of the curriculum can not only be the concept, but also need to enhance the leadership of the principal curriculum, fully embodies the function of the curriculum leadership, play director to lead the influence of curriculum construction. Director of curriculum leaders should be to find, create and share the successful experience of teachers, teachers and other consciously cooperate culture as a guide to cultivate the organization’s culture and brand-based and enhance kindergarten teachers cohesion.
