目的观察分析减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤的治疗及护理效果。方法 78例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组39例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行减毒增效升白汤与化疗药物的联合治疗,两组均实施优质护理干预。观察比较两组的治疗效果及毒副作用发生情况。结果对照组的总有效率为74.36%,观察组的总有效率为94.87%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的毒副作用总发生率100.00%明显高于观察组的41.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤患者进行治疗,有利于化疗毒副作用的减轻,增强临床疗效;优质的护理可提高患者病情的改善程度,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of attenuated and synergistic Shengbai decoction combined with chemotherapeutic drugs on malignant tumors. Methods 78 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated routinely, and the observation group was treated with the combination of attenuated and synergized Shengbai decoction with chemotherapeutic drugs on the basis of the control group, and both groups were given quality nursing intervention. Observation and comparison of the two groups of treatment and side effects. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 74.36%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, the total effective rate was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The total incidence of toxic side effects in the control group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group (41.03%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of patients with malignant tumor with attenuated and synergistic Shengbai decoction combined with chemotherapeutic drugs is conducive to the reduction of toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and enhances the clinical curative effect. High quality nursing can improve the patients’ condition and is worth popularizing.
