【案例】妥某与邢某夫妇于1989年将位于石河子市北泉镇石河子总场园林站的两间房屋交给其子妥小某居住。1995年8月3日,妥小某与唐某签订“协议书”一份,将房屋以1.4万元的价格卖与唐某。之后,唐某当着妥某的面向妥小某给付房屋价款1.4万元。1995年至1996年间,唐某多次找到妥某要求办理房屋过户手续,妥某均未配合办理。2013年,妥某见房屋面临拆迁补偿,遂向法院提起诉讼,请求依法判令唐某返还房屋并赔偿1995年至2013年4月期间的房屋损失共计2.04万元。法院经过审理,作出“驳回妥某、邢某诉讼请求”判决。妥某、邢某不服,上诉至八师中
