目的探讨应对方式在成就动机与士兵训练倦怠之间的中介作用。方法随机整群抽取驻疆某部士兵1600名,运用成就动机量表、简易应对方式问卷和士兵训练倦怠自评问卷进行调查。将训练倦怠总分进行降序排列,分别取前、后两端的27%为训练倦怠高分组(n=432)和低分组(n=416),比较两组间应对方式、成就动机的差异,并分析训练倦怠的影响因素和应对方式的中介作用。结果训练倦怠高分组追求成功动机、积极应对分值显著低于训练倦怠低分组,避免失败动机、消极应对分值显著高于训练倦怠低分组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示,追求成功动机、避免失败动机、积极应对、消极应对进入训练倦怠回归方程。中介路径分析显示,积极应对在追求成功动机与训练倦怠间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的17.91%;消极应对在避免失败动机与训练倦怠间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的9.46%;积极应对在避免失败动机与训练倦怠间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的4.44%。结论成就动机和应对方式对训练倦怠具有预测作用;应对方式在追求成功动机、避免失败动机与训练倦怠之间具有部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the mediating role of coping styles in achievement motivation and soldier training burnout. Methods A total of 1,600 troops from a certain station in Xinjiang were collected by random cluster analysis. The questionnaires of achievement motivation scale, simple coping style questionnaire and self-assessment questionnaire of soldiers training burnout were used to investigate. The total scores of training burnout were ranked in descending order. 27% of the burnout burnout high scores (n = 432) and low scores (n = 416) were taken from the front and the back respectively. The differences of coping style and achievement motivation between the two groups were compared Analyze the influencing factors of training burnout and the mediating role of coping style. Results The training burnout high score group pursued the success motivation, the active coping score was significantly lower than the training burnout low score group, avoided the failure motivation, the negative coping score was significantly higher than the training burnout low score group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) . Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the pursuit of success motivation, to avoid failure motivation, positive response, negative response into the training burnout regression equation. The analysis of intermediary route showed that positive coping has some mediating effect between pursuing successful motivation and training burnout, accounting for 17.91% of the total effect. Negative coping has partial mediating effect between avoiding motivation and training burnout, accounting for 9.46% of the total effect. Conclusion Achievement motivation and coping style have a predictive effect on training burnout. Coping style has some intermediary roles in pursuing successful motivation, avoiding failure motivation and training burnout.
