POINT2013年11月2~6日,经过长达5年的申办、筹办,国际大会与会议协会(ICCA)全球年会在上海成功召开。这是ICCA大会50年来首次在中国大陆举办。虽然多次参加ICCA的全球年会,但此次作为大会的东道主,笔者更是亲身参与到了大会的筹备全程。通过观察大会的筹备细节,了解到主办方为召开广受全员关注的营销案例评选而主动放弃了主题晚会搭建的细节,笔者认为,ICCA大会非常简洁朴实,注重实效。
POINT On November 2~6, 2013, after 5 years of biding and preparation, the International Conference and Conference Association (ICCA) Global Conference was successfully held in Shanghai. This is the first time ICCA has been held in mainland China in 50 years. Although he has participated in ICCA’s annual global conference many times, as the host of the conference, the writer has personally participated in the preparation of the conference. By observing the details of the preparation of the conference, we learned that the organizers have given up the details of the theme party’s construction in order to hold a wide selection of marketing cases that have attracted the attention of all members. The author believes that the ICCA conference is very concise and pragmatic.
