柳润泰同志1984年从甘肃省人民警察学校(学院前身)公安专业毕业后留校任教,先后担任基层公安机关法制办主任、预审股长、秘书股长、派出所长,镇党委副书记(分管政法工作),1999年任天水市公安局办公室副主任,2003年任办公室主任等职务,2008年10月调任甘谷县公安局党委书记、局长,2010年3月任县政府党组成员。
